The aim of my Mom Care Coaching is to support mothers of all ages in trusting their unique value. The expression of mother's feelings and the awareness of her very special needs are commendable and essential. The life-giving, loving, giving mother has an irreplaceable key role for her children and her family. Ideally, she is in harmony with herself and the abundance of our Mother Earth. To do this, she needs good protection and the space for shared growth and personal appreciation. With my many wonderful years as an educator and daycare center manager together with great children and parents, my many years of experience as a client-centered alternative practitioner (psychotherapy), relaxation trainer and mother of two wonderful, adult daughters, I have seen often enough how the valuable role of mother is more or less curtailed and is diminished. That's why I want to offer mothers in particular a contemporary and holistically oriented offer with my Mom Care Coaching. Together with your children, your partner and those around you, you can feel more fulfillment and happiness every day and master your life more confidently and successfully.
